Anna has more than 7 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in the areas of Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, anxiety, depression, anger management, mood dysregulation, insomnia, migraines, trauma, chronic pain, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, and change of life issues.
Anna’s therapeutic approach is multifaceted and involves using Cognitive-Behavioral and client centered therapies with neurofeedback and/or biofeedback in order to provide her clients with a holistic therapeutic experience. This approach encourages and reinforces therapeutic interventions that are discussed and demonstrated in session and provides clients with resources and tools to use toward developing and maintaining healthy coping mechanisms.
Approach
Anna’s conversational approach to therapy puts her clients at ease and decreases their anxiety about the therapeutic process. Anna has created a safe space where her clients are able to openly discuss painful topics, while receiving compassionate and open-minded care. Anna enjoys assisting clients in developing healthy coping and adjustment skills, as this allows clients to participate effectively in their personal and professional relationships, while becoming better equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
